• Provides overall leadership and direction to the club organization
• Establishes short and long-term objectives and goals in conjunction with the Online Impacts national board
• Coordinates club activities 
• Presides at meetings of the club and its board of directors
• Structures the organization to ensure continuity by providing opportunities for new leadership to develop
• Approves all club press releases, newsletters, electronic communications, and other publications
• Goes through president training and manages club effectively overall

• Presides at meetings in the absence of the president.
• Plans, coordinates, and recruits people to manage a series of meetings and programs
• Coordinates programs with the president and national Online Impacts committee
• Provides timely and interesting advance information for newsletters and mailings
• Be familiar with agenda planning for Club and Board meetings.
• As assistant to the President, the Vice President can:

a) Help plan the agenda for Board meetings, giving particular attention to plans and actions of a particular group of Committees.

b) Learn the general duties of all Club officers and Committees in order to substitute as may be required.

c) Act as a sounding board for the President, listen to ideas and plans and advise when possible.

d) Accept any special assignment presented by the President.

• Oversees club finances, collects dues(if any), and receives proceeds from tickets and other donations.
• Assists the president and other officers in preparing and maintaining program budgets and financial controls.
• Maintains and supervises club bank accounts; co-signs bank account with the club president.
• Makes sure all club bills are paid.
• Prepares and submits financial statements to the president and the board of directors.
• Submits the annual financial report to the club president and the Online Impacts national board.

• Oversees all website development, training, and technology solutions.
• Has an expertise in WordPress website development
• Is good at training people on how to develop WordPress websites if needed
• Reviews all members technology qualifications in order to join the club
• Reports directly to the club president regarding any technology-related tasks
• Knows the ins and outs of web development, web hosting, is a techie type of person, and can solve most tech problems.

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Have full knowledge in social media marketing with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
• Manage and train the rest of the team with digital marketing
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices for digital marketing
• Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Has knowledge on how to use Google Ads
• Measure and manage online content
• Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
• Organize and lead a digital marketing team

• Develops an annual Development Plan that addresses fundraising goals and strategies for the organization.
• Researches corporations and foundations, and identifies opportunities for corporate sponsorships.
• Maintains professional and friendly relationships with foundation grantors, and updates them on how their grant funds are being utilized throughout the year.
• Obtains contacts for potential donors from Board members, makes telephone or in-person contact and introduces donors to the President.
• Meets with the board prior to the end of each calendar year to determine fundraising activities with director of events
• Ensures that all formatting and edits are in place so that reports can be run, linkages can be made, and donor history is properly maintained.
• Contacts each past donor at least annually, and maintains an active list of potential donors who are in the various stages of being cultivated.
• Creates consistent language and marketing materials to be used by Board members and agency staff members for giving and sponsorship opportunities.
• Assists the Digital Marketing and Events Director in preparing at least monthly newsletters.
• Prepares weekly update lists of all activities and distributes to the Executive Director and the Development Committee.

• Leads analysis of potential partnerships, legal considerations, etc. ·
• Evaluates strategic considerations, such as strengths and weaknesses, and develops plans to optimize strategic impact of partnerships
• Leads negotiations with new partners with respect to potential collaboration
• Builds deep and trusting relationships with counterparts at partner firms in order to promote collaboration, support visioning of growth areas, and facilitate negotiations
• Utilizes technology tools to track and provide visibility into partnership initiatives

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
• Collaborate with board members in order to run events such as web development for nonprofits, guide to nonprofit technology, marketing for nonprofits, and solutions to tech problems nonprofits usually face, and more.
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
